Uniqlo adds plastic-waste jeans to denim range

Uniqlo has expanded its denim range with USA-manufactured jeans made using fibres and yarns produced from post-consumer water bottles and other plastic waste.

Woven at Cone Denim's White Oak Mill in Greensboro, NC using the producer's Sustainblue fabric and sewn together in Los Angeles, CA, the jeans – plus some imported products – are available in men's slim fit (£69.90) in and women's skinny fit (£59.90) in four colour options.
