1847 Brighton

Vegetarian restaurant chain 1847 has opened a new branch in Brighton, featuring a living herb wall and botanic bar.

The menu features locally produced vegetarian, vegan and gluten-free dishes such as Beet Bourguignon, puy lentil Merguez and mash, and ginger ale battered halloumi 'fish' and chips. Vegan wines complement the dishes while a basement bar area called Dandelion will serving botanic-based cocktails.

1847 Brighton opens on November 13th on 103 North Road. Other branches can be found in Manchester, Bristol and Birmingham.
