'Anti-ageing sandwich' packed with delicious nutrients

BFree Julie Montagu

Gluten-free brand BFree claims to have 'invented the world’s first anti-ageing sandwich', containing spinach, sweet potatoes, black olives and sun-dried tomatoes.

The ingredients are certainly colourful and nutritious, and the sandwich, named Roll Back the Clock, can apparently 'combat the signs of ageing', if that's what you're looking for. There's also romaine lettuce, red onion, yellow pepper, sesame seeds and olive oil in the multigrain wrap, so it wins points on flavour and variety regardless.

BFree teamed up with health and wellness personality (and future Countess of Sandwich – pictured) Julie Montagu to create a series of sarnies with health and beauty benefits, such as promoting mindfulness and nourishing hair. They were served at The Sandwich Spa in London recently along with more standard spa treatments (the video is… interesting), but you're welcome to make them at home.
