Far be it for us to suggest you might be drinking over the forthcoming sunshine-heavy three-day-long Bank Holiday weekend (what are we, Radio 2?) but, supposing you are, here are some our our favourite ways to raise a glass.

Our reviewer is quite the whisky fan, but his socks were well and truly blown off by this certified-organic whisky from family-run distillery Benromach. It's sweet and malty with notes of toffee and oak, and even a hint of cocoa when mixed with a splash of water.
