Eat F!LTH (AKA fast food without the junk)

Rose Ferguson and Gizzi Erskine of F!LTH

There's a bit of a worry that a lot of the cool new vegan joints out there are heavy on the junk food, so London's new plant-based, healthy burger restaurant F!LTH is a good shout.

F!LTH is the brainchild of chef and food writer Gizzi Erskine and model-turned-nutritionist Rose Ferguson and the new fast food joint – located within Dirty Burger in Shoreditch – follows a pop-up at the Tate Modern in 2017.

According to the F!LTH Instagram, one of its signature burgers give you three of your ten portions of veg a day, and the produce is sustainably sourced. "It’s completely planet friendly," we're told – and it does look pretty awesome.

F!LTH is only there for three months though, so get your plant-based skates on.
