The brains behind vegan community platform Loved and Enough have developed VegPlan on a Budget, a free meal planner to help people eat more veg for just £1 a day.
Featuring totally plant-based, easy-to-make recipes for breakfast, lunch and dinner, VegPlan on a Budget is designed for anyone who'd like to eat more plant foods, regardless of their reasons.
"I focused on low cost for this innovative meal plan, as it is often claimed that vegan food is more expensive than meat meals, and I know that is rubbish! So I created a meal plan which debunks myths about vegan food," says Rachel Lowe, Founder of Loved and Enough and Creator of VegPlan.
"This plan is very low cost, makes really tasty food and is so easy to make. I hope as many people as possible will try it out and reap all the benefits it offers!

The budget meal planner – for which a seven-day plan is free, BTW – is the first in a series of VegPlans.
