New cookbook makes Plants Taste even Better

A new cookbook celebrates the incredible variety and flavours of plant-based food, focusing the techniques that make vegetarian ingredients taste even better.

Plants Taste Better – Delicious Plant-Based Recipes, from Root to Fruit by Richard Buckley, chef and proprietor of the Acorn Restaurant in Bath, contains 70 recipes and, importantly, advice on how to cook them perfectly.

Try lighter dishes like Split Pea Soup with with salt-baked celeriac and orange zaatar, followed by mains such as Fennel Seed Parpadelle and desserts including Chocolate Olive Oil Pot with rosemary soil and raspberry sorbet.
