This delicious, veggie power smoothie is packed full of organic fruit and vegetables, perfect for a nutritious breakfast.
Makes 1 smoothie
Suitable for 6+ months
70g frozen cauliflower florets
25g frozen peas
20g baby spinach leaves
Small apple (120g)
Cut the apple in quarter. Remove core and pips. Put the apple with all the ingredients in a blender.
Whizz until smooth.
For added goodness add 1 or 2 teaspoon of seeds such as pumpkin, sunflower or flax.
Eat straight away.
