Vegan Lass presents new traditions for Christmas

Food blogger and chef Emily Wilkinson, AKA Vegan Lass, has launched her first cookbook featuring vegan takes on nostalgic Christmas dishes.

New Traditions: Christmas Recipes for a Vegan Future puts new, animal-free spins on the whole trad Christmas dinner and features recipes such as wild chestnut and mushroom soup, seitan Wellington and Christmas pudding.

The cookbook has already launched on in e-book format on Payhip (£6.99) and is now available in paperback from Amazon (£14.99).
