Wagamama has created a dedicated vegetarian and vegan menu with a substantial 29 new Asian-inspired options, following customer demand.
Described as 'a colourful combination of brand new and re-imagined choices', the menu launches this October.
Check out Yasai Steamed Gyoza and Itame Rice Noodle Curry, Spicy Yasai Samla Curry – which has already picked up the Best Curry prize in Peta's 2017 Food Awards – Shichimi-Coated Silken Tofu and Kare Burosu Ramen.
The restaurant chain says that it has spoken to veggies and vegans and understands that inclusion is key.
"Our first ever dedicated vegan and vegetarian menu can be the starting point to support a vegan lifestyle choice," says Emma Woods, Customer Director at Wagamama. "From its October launch, we will be listening to our fans to make sure we are constantly adapting and innovating to meet customer desires and a modern lifestyle."
Veggie-friendly beers, spirits and wines and vitamin-packed juices are also on the new menu. Itadakimasu!
