Why do you #LoveParks? Wear your heart on social media

Love Parks Week (July 14th to 23rd) is all about why we as a country love our public green spaces – because who doesn't?

The Keep Britain Tidy campaign wants to get everyone involved in its celebration of our parks by getting us to write down exactly why we #LoveParks.

Big heart-shaped dry-wipe boards are being used by parks, councils, community groups, schools and individuals – like craftaholic Kirstie Allsopp, below, to display our messages and put the results on social media.

A donation of £5 from each board sold will the National Federation of Parks and Greenspaces to help make our parks even better.

So why do you #LoveParks? Because they're great for going for a run, walking the dog, having a lazy Sunday picnic, or something a little more creative? Because they've been shown to boost our mental health and just make our cites more awesome?
