Radio 4's Food Programme is always brilliant, and this Sunday's edition was no exception.

Focusing on Dan Barber, chef and author of The Third Plate – Field Notes on the Future of Food, the programme shows how one person can create a movement; in this case ways of tackling food waste from farm to fork.

As you'll hear – you can catch up via the BBC website – US-based Barber has brought pop-up food waste restaurant WastED London to Selfridges's rooftop. Book yourself a table quick though; it's only there till Sunday.
