Pukka matcha teas

Tea, advice on wellbeing, yoga and a relaxation space? Herbal tea brand Pukka Herbs will be holding a pop-up Island of Tranquility in London from this week offering all this and more, and we're calmer just thinking about it.

From May 9th to July 9th, the flagship Wholefoods branch in High Street Kensington will offer 'a place of solace' – made from 100 per cent sustainably sourced materials, says the brand – and a nice (free) cup of tea in our biggest and busiest city.

In fact, not just one cup: Pukka Herbs has over 40 flavours of herbal tea for you to try, with experts offering advice on how herbal supplements could benefit your health. There's also a How to Make Your Own Herbal Tea masterclass with Pukka co-founder and 'Master Herbsmith' Sebastian Pole, among the cheap-as-chips (£5 each) sessions.

Check out the yoga, meditation classes and wellness workshops (with gift bags!) too. Book online.
